❤❤❤❤❤❤
Actually u r not just a sister, u r the love we follow since we know the world..... ❤ Lub uh didi

CHANGE.....

“You must be the change you wish to see in the world.”

The only permanent thing is change. Change is inevitable.the Earth is also not an exception. The change by climate change on earth is continous change process. Climate change is a real and urgent challenge that is already affecting people and the environment worldwide. Significant changes are occurring on Earth, including increasing air and ocean temperatures, widespread melting of snow and ice, and rising sea levels. Climate change is generally due to various natural factors like fluctuation in solar radiation or large dust clouds created by massive volcanic explosions and changes in the tilt of earth relative to sun, that affect the average temperature of the earth. Earth’s climate is constantly changing and the rate of future climate change may be more rapid than at any time in last 10,000 years. This climate change could bring opportunities as well as challenges, depending upon physical and socio-economic conditions. Challenges and opportunities presented by climate change are typical in nature. It impacts on lives, property, environmental quality and future prosperity by increasing the risk of natural calamities. So by this way, increased number of people would be at risk of danger and food security. Such conditions may lead to large scale migrations and civil unrest. In order to deal with such situations, in present an attempt has been made by KEEP INDIA BEAUTIFUL (an organization that works with a dream of clean India) to critically examine the effect of climatically change in better way, with emphasis. It is the right time and right place to think, act and believe in ourselves that undoubtedly we can adverse the impact of climate change for sustainable development.

Peace of mind: the voice of soul

You’ll never find a peace of mind, until you listen to your soul.
-George Michael
Rightly said by someone: As cherry on cake looks soothe to eyes of viewer, so as peace of mind to life. Peace of mind is inner peace or state of mental and emotional calmness without stress. Every moment which gives us a sense of happiness and freedom to the soul with a quiet mind is simply the state of peace in mind. Such moments are really not rare. Every one of us has some experience of it every now and then. May be you sensed the moment while you were drinking the last sip of coffee, lying on sand beach, reading a book, in deep asleep or may be thought of reading an article as now. Peace of mind can be attained even when you were engaged in some kind of an absorbing or interesting activity. Any such activities that replaces usual thoughts and worries with inner peace are worth to do.
The question arises, how to bring peace of mind into our lives, and most importantly how to feel it in times of difficulties and ordeals by turning it into habit. And answer is… YES!! A very firm yes, just enjoy doing whatever you do in your daily lives.
  • Minimize spending time you give to activities that lets you feel anxious or stressed.
  • Stay away from the negative conversations and people.
  • Try not to be judgmental for the people around you.
  • Learn to forget and forgive: don’t hold grudges.
  • Don’t let jealousy replace the love in your relations.
  • Learn to accept the unexpected.
Change actually starts from us and from now. So if we want to get the positive, spread the positive.

Shan-e-awadh, shehar-e-lucknow

Jahan uthi nazar, Tehzeeb rubaru hai. har zarra keh raha… ye Shehar-e-LUCKNOW hai ☺ ☺☺
Lucknow is not only a city but the journey into the hearts that owes its rich culture to newabs, art patrons. Lucknow: shiraz-e-hind, the Constantinople of India, Golden City of the East, the city of newabs, I feel blessed to be a part of the beautiful city. Lucknow is the city of superlatives; at least I believe it is. Shehar-e-lucknow is the perfect mixture of traditional and modern cultures.  No matter what religion we are from, first we serve for humanity. As every lucknowite feels: Siyasat me zaruri hai, rawadari smjhte hai!! Wo roza nahi rakhte magar iftari samjhte hain!! Ok, today is not the day to write what we lucknawi newabs feel about our siyasat. ☺ ☺ ☺ Lets focus the on best places to do rangbazi in tehzeeb ka shehar.
While enjoying the lakshman puri, I met different kind of people and learned different languages like urdu and Awadhi which I was never taught in school. And the most enthusiastic part was to get so much of love and warmth from localites as I am while wondering in the city. I visited old Lucknow at first and I am sharing here my exotic experience at some of historical places:
  • Bara imambara- Asafi Imambara is a huge complex in Lucknow built by Asaf-ud-Daula, a Nawab of Lucknow in 1784. The famous pharase about him was “Jisko na de maula, usko de newab Asaf-ud-Daula.” Bara means big and an imambara is a shrine built by Shia Muslims for the purpose of Azadari. This magnificent monument recalls the glorious past of the Newabs and stands out for its austerity in style, proportion and symmetry along with its unique in architecture.
  • Chota imambara- Hussainabad Imambara was built between 1837 and 1842. This structure houses the tombs of the Newab Muhammad Ali Shah the most courteous newab and of his ammi. The entry finally leads to a fine garden. It has a white dome and numerous turrets and minarets and the walls of the mausoleum are decorated with verses in Arabic language. Chandeliers, gilded mirrors, colorful stucco, the King's throne and ornate tazia or replicas of the tombs at Karbala adorn the interior.
  • Rumi darwaza – As the picture shows the little newabs posing with bhaukal in front of Rumi Gate. I loved the tashan they carry in their actions. The amazing structure was once a part of famine relief plans for which the bara Imambara was commissioned in 1783.
  • Picture Gallery- After 10 minutes walking from rumi darwaza next  goal was the picture gallery with the most fascinating thing to the visit a live size portrait of the Nawabs of Avadh built by Nawab Mohammad Ali Shah.
  • Kudia ghat- it was the next stop I reached, small but calm place to relax with the mesmerizing view of clock tower.
Though historical places were still left I chose for other visits in next attempt while giving a break to lucknowi history.
  • Cathedral church: this was very generous part, I visited cathedral church, there was an unspeakable calm everywhere, soothe minds, relaxed souls. Oh jejus!
  • Bhootnath Temple: The big building, awful architecture, strong black gate, and the big premises with rows of trees defined the Hanuman temple. While praying to the Hanuman ji I was totally concentrated on the “ladoo” and finally I got them.  Actually “Mandir to bahana hai, shopping par jo jana hai”. After the temple visit I rushed to shop on street, was literally worried about that black dress which I saw on the way.
  • Chauk Bazar: when shopping has started and that too in Lucknow how can any forget CHIKANKARI. So it was the time to look at way to Chauk Bazar. Only I know how I restricted myself while purchasing, as the mind didn’t allowed to go out of balance.
In the chain I visited Aminabad Market & Janpath Market and was finally bankrupt! @ @ Thank god I already had tasted prakash ki kulfi but the smell of tundey kebabi realized me my mistake. Gol Market, Love lane HazratGanj, Sahara Ganj  and many more markets are still left for the next round.
  • Musical fountain Theme Park- River Front: Ah!! After a tiring day what does one need? Some peace and some food, and I got the both here, nothing else was required! Just lay down on the green grass and enjoy the beautification with the lights and music. Refresh yourself from the inside out, and get ready for the next destination.
  • Ambedkar Park: It was impossible to be in gomtinagar and avoid ambedkar park. I made a count two times! And then believed that it actually have 61 live size elephants. Each of them was looking at me like I am here to eat their food.  The city looks amazing from the top; I wish to get a room over there.
  • Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Park: I guess it’s better to call it a bird sanctuary instead of a park. But the song without words by the birds (singers of nature) added much more to the beauty of nature and to the enthusiastic walk with the soul. Though day was going but the energy to dance was back that took me to the main road and after getting confused between zero degree and aura, reached aura at fun mall. The music increased from slow to high and made my mood to move the booty with the song “thirka de beat pe booty, beat pe booty”.  Danced, danced and danced until I as well as my high heels was totally gone.
Another day was about to end with satisfaction and in wait of beautiful morning to explore more. Though I tried my best in exploring the city, but it was only forty percent of shehar-e-awadh captured. Just waiting for other week off and I’ll be ready to explore, please be ready to tolerate me! ☺ ☺ :0
MUSKURAYE AAP LUCKNOW ME HAIN!! ☺ ☺ ☺ ☺

Water- an elixir of life!

Life is possible on Earth, and the reason is ‘presence of water’. Water the most abundant resource is extremely essential for survival of all living organism including microbes. 70% of the earth is the covered by water (approx 1400 million cubic kilometer), out of which 97.3% is ocean water i.e. not appropriate for human use as it is salty. And 2.7% is fresh water (approx 35 million cubic kilometer), out of which approx 70% is fixed in glaciers ans ice sheets of Antarctica. So, the amount of the most abundant resource available for living use is only 1% (approx). Now it’s high time for us to pay attention on water conservation practices. For maintaining the presence of this precious resource in our lives, we should stop contaminating fresh water resources through direct passage of sewage, toxic chemical and other wastes into it. Water pollution and scarcity are the major problems caused due to rapid increase in industrialization, urbanization and deforestation as the increase in population growth.
This is the time when each of us must take action for water conservation on regular basis. India is also counted in countries facing water scarcity problems in present scenario. States like Rajasthan and some parts of Gujarat are very much attacked by the problem where female has to cover a long distances bare foot so that they can get some water for their survival. Even the metropolitan cities like Bangalore, Delhi, Calcutta and Mumbai are facing the water scarcity problems on huge level. Recent studies say that approx 25% of urban population lacks availability to the clean drinking water.
Lack of water is a big issue in India to manage. It’s time to join hands together and take effective actions to fight with water problems. Saving and protecting water without misusing it can only meet our demands for present and future otherwise the end is so near. There are various ways that can be implemented in day-today life to save gallons of water on daily basis.
Plant more and more trees as they help in maintaining ground water table.
Create awareness to promote “rain water harvesting” on roofs of houses in public.
While dish wash, face wash, tooth brush, hand wash- ensure that tap is not on.
Shower heads with low flow (energy- efficient bathing), low flush toilets and compositing toilets( instead of conventional western toilets) or dual flush toilets should be promoted.
Maintain the habit of reusing and recycling of waste water.
In rains, collect water to use in toilets, watering plants, sprinkling in garden.
Eco-friendly manuring, recycling of crop residues increases organic matter in soil and in turn increases water holding capacity.
As like that of electricity meters, water metering in each home should be promoted.
Water efficient crops should be adopted.
Techniques of water saving can be encouraged in ways like waterless urinals, waterless car washes, infrared or foot operated taps, pressurized water brooms, steam sterilizing and heat exchangers etc.
Every drop is precious, save it!!!!

An enthusiastic walk!!!

In this life of spoon and forks, if you have a chance to go on long walk with someone as close as your soul: that’s a bliss!
In the mad rat race of earning more money we started degenerating the power of liveliness in us. We had replaced our priorities from relationships to money and luxury. In the present era we’re ready to spend a lot on status parties, but do we get the happiness in return?? And each of us know the answer.
Now just think to replace it with a long walk with your best friend. How do you feel?? You know it better. Giving your precious time is worth more than spending money, and if you have someone to walk with for no personal cause, you’re lucky to have them by your side. Walk with a friend is not a simple walk on road, it’s the path of liveliness and enthusiasm. It’s a walk when you’re going to walk away from stress, sorrow and negativity. A walk that takes you to the success of next thought level. It’s a feel which initiates a fresh start and teaches you to focus on the powerful goals you set for life. A walk with a friend allows you to forget tragedies of life. It’s like you were stuck in a well and somebody offered you for a help. And the best is you have become so fatty while sitting back in office hours and eating beverages for no special health cause, so walk for looking smarter with the smartest one of your life. And that special friend can be any one with whom you relate, with whom you connect. Are you still thinking of it, go and call your friend for a walk.  A Walk to Remember!!!
